Watch with Kristin (who spells her name the sexiest way a Kristin can.) at E! Online has a new How I Met Your Mother scoop for us today. It concerns the fifth episode of this season, which by my watch airs on 10/22. It’s called “How I Met Everyone Else”. Details on the plot after the jump.

According to Kristin:

It’s flashbacklicious, as we see how Ted met crazy Ellen (his new gal), how Marshall and Lily first met, how Ted met Marshall, etc.

Wa wa we wa! I thought we’d already seen Lily and Marshall meet (flashback to her dorm room in Best Prom Ever) and I guess we only saw Ted and Marshall become best friends (Arrivederci, Fiero). We saw how Barney and Ted meant in the pilot (with Ted sporting an unfortunate beatnik goatee.)

And who the hell is Ellen? Stay tuned kiddos.

PS. Nothing against Kristin, but doesn’t flashback-a-licious sound better? I’m just saying…
