Welcome to Have You Met Ted, the definitive source for everything How I Met Your Mother. This is your source for show news, episode discussion, exclusive interviews and content, and info about both the show as well as the cast and crew.

Besides the blog entries, there are a few sections that might prove useful:

Music from the show – HIMYM has some amazing music, much of it from lesser known, underground artists. So after each episode, when you run to the computer to find the one great song that played, now you know where to look.
Character and Episode wiki – The show is growing and that means new viewers. Welcome! The HIMYM fan-nation is a good group to be a part of. If you have questions about the show, or want to refresh your memory, check out the episode guide to see what the characters have been through so far.
Season vs. Season – This section is unique to Have-You-Met-Ted.com. Each week, we pit the corresponding episodes from seasons one, two, and three up against each other in a cage fight to the death. User polls abound and a running tally is kept. Currently on hold, once season 4 wraps SvS will come back with a force and all seasons will be up for competition.

When a new episode airs there will be a post for comments. Sometime on Tuesday that week’s recap is posted. Everyone is welcome to contribute in the discussion. With about 300 posts and over 4,500 comments this is a very active community!

Thanks so much for setting this up. It’s great to see there are others out there who love this show as much as I do. I started watching from Day 1 and I haven’t stopped since. I have my own blog running too but for TV reviews and news in general but one of the show’s I’ll be reviewing is How I Met Your Mother. I’ll be back here often so keep the good info coming!

Happened across your name link on a comment at Watch with Kristin. I absolutely love this show. I’ve been to your site for maybe two minutes now but know that I will be spending hours upon hours here!

Great blog! The information is great and I love that people really care about the show. I found about the show from my roommate when it was on its 3rd season. We decided to start watching it from Season 1, episode one, and we were hooked immediately. I look forward to your discussions!

wen i switch on himym i switch off the rest of the world….it’s like i’m in new york n hvng a n amazing time with ted n the others….i m in absolute “luv”with the show….i luv barney’s”legendary” quotes , i luv ted he ‘s soooooo adorable, but what i like most abt the sitcom is that it,makes me happy every time i watch it
