The How I Met Your Mother Dictionary

No episode last night due to the real Final Four (which apparently is about basketball and not women.) Next week new episodes return with The Simmons Report, a Marshall-centric episode. That’ll coincide nicely with a certain movie of his that I hear is coming out soon.

Just because there was no episode doesn’t mean we have nothing to talk about! I found a great promo from CBS on YouTube today. It’s called “The HIMYM Dictionary” and it’s really just a montage of clips edited together. It’s pretty funny though and serves the purpose—I’m excited to watch the show.

So Ted was using the C word in How Lily Stole Christmas last year. I’d always kind of suspected that but it had never been confirmed. See you next Tuesday for the new episode recap. Until then, I’ve got some Sarah Marshall Updates, and some legacy Season vs Season coming out later this week. Stay tuned.

Just found this on TV Guide.com…
Josh Radnor’s gonna be on the Ausiello Report! Anyone got questions?

“Ausiello: Not so much scoop as a call to action: Josh Radnor’s stopping by tomorrow to guest-star on my vodcast, so send any/all questions to ask_ausiello@tvguide.com.”

I always thought he was saying the witch (with a ‘b’. What’s the rules on profanity here, anyways?). I think I know which C word it is, but I’m wondering if it’s something else I’m not thinking off…

Oh my god! So what do they really mean when they are saying “sandwich”??????

    LOL – JUST KIDDING ;)

Can’t wait for new HIMYM. I felt pretty useless Monday night.

NV, I don’t think bitch is even one of the words you can’t say on television, although I could be wrong.

There’s no profanity policy here. I leave it up to each of you to use your judgment. Personally, I swear like a longshoresman so I can’t really point fingers.

There seems to be something odd with how bitch is used. I mean I only hear it sometimes, where others they try to avoid it like the plague. Confusing.

It just sounded funny imagining him saying bitch on and on and on. But this sounds even funnier (however, I’ve already watched the episode, so can’t have the first-time laugh).

Well, on Scrubs last night JD wrote “Suck it, bitch” on a piece of paper and they showed it. Seems like fair game.
