@Thomas That's a great point. The actors on the show are becoming more and more recognizable and marketable. Now Josh Radnor needs a starring role. I vote for a bad-ass Tarantino action movie. Thoughts?

A little off-topic but I would think CBS would want to hold on to "HIMYM" because it seems that Jason Segal might take off with "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." And Neil Patrick Harris does have "Harold and Kumar 2."

I actually think Britney could (and I stress "could") be okay. She was surprisingly good years ago when she hosted SNL...it's just a matter of how crazy she actually is, and if she can pull it together for this.

Ranier, I'm glad someone picked up on that, it was an homage to Brunch.

Also, sorry I kept spelling your name wrong. I'm dumb.

'the alicia part' 'the britney part' ...That remind me of episode 2.03 Brunch xD

Haha that'd be an awesome plot! Sarah being the biggest fan of Robin Sparkles, and she freaks out when she sees her like her character on Scrubs haha. I'm still waiting for the RobinSparkles comeback

My votes are for
Britney is wrong for the show, but all the press will ultimately be good, making her casting forgivable (i really really really hope so)

And Alicia Silverstone because even when i love Sarah Chalke, Alicia seems perfect for Ted.
