While I didn’t get to see it or catch up on the video clips online yet, Neil Patrick Harris hosted the first episode of SNL last week and from the emails I’ve been getting I guess he did a pretty good job.

Did anyone see it? What’d you think?

Also, I’ve been upgrading wordpress around here and just wanted to share in case some weirdness happens. If you see anything broken or wonky, leave a comment please.

Do men and women need sex to coexist? Or is is more about sex holding together a bad fit? Is sex merely a safety pin that, if removed, causes the ill-fitting garment to bust at the seams, causing the ignored frustration and anger to spill out? Without this stop-gap, are all the other annoyances made clear?

The whole “sex instead of fighting” thing sounds like a good idea but. Well, I can’t think of a but.

A couple readers sent me to the Hollywood Reporter article detailing the renegotiated salaries and contracts for all five leads. While still making considerably less then the cast of other ensemble shows, like The Office, Radnor, Segel, Hannigan, Smulders, and NPH all now make between $90K-$120K per episode.
