How I Met Your Mother DVD Sale

Just recently I’ve gotten five or six people in my office to start watching HIMYM. They all love it—obviously—but they’re all surprised they like it so much. Shocked even. They can’t believe that such a good show could have gone unnoticed for so long. Even one guy who was a sworn hater of sitcoms came around after he saw the “Crazy/Hot Scale” YouTube clip.

It would seem then that it ’tis the season to share the HIMYM love. If you’re a new reader, a new fan, or know someone who will love the show now is the perfect time to pick up seasons 1-3 on DVD. Amazon is having a sale where you can get all three for $45. That’s a damn good deal. Pick these up and have everyone over for a viewing party, even if you don’t make t-shirts the way some readers do.

The Dvd's suck. They don't have any of the insert songs in them, they stop some stupid elevator music in key moments in the episode. Also the video ratio is not the same as when you watch it on tv.

Am I missing something? Why would I pay $100 for a three season bundle when I could buy them individually for $20 each on the SAME website? Does it include something that I'm not seeing?

I noticed after I commented that the post said $45. I should read carefully before I post! But, yeah, it went back up to $100 already. I must have just missed it.
