one more thing: they need to stop the replacing-bad-words/gestures-with-others-jokes. yes, the thumbs up instead of the finger was funny. bagpiping for sex was mildly entertaining. but to pull that kind of joke for the THIRD time in one season? come on! the writers are (were?) better than that!

i’m gonna make it short:
didn’t like it. agree with everything you guys said you disapprove of (why would tony bash ted/why would stella allow it? why would they put the stupid last scene/marshall’s falling-over scene in that was so sitcomy?! everything was cheesy,no one except ted had anything to do, etc.) BUT i need to say this: “no can dooseville babydoll” sounds SO much like something douchey ted would say!
i sincerely hope they won’t blow the last episode.

Just a short one now: I loved it. I loved the callbacks, I truly believe that Tony would make a movie like that with some Hollywood people so that it would be amusing to the big crowd. I loved Ted comments on the movie during watching it, I loved Robin’s “a bit cheesy” comments on the romantic moves Ted made for Stella, I loved the baggage idea, loved Marshall’s walk, Ted being afraid of this girls baggage, Ted’s “Okay he definitely said it that time”, Marshall’s talk about Ted (love the music! It’s working for me), to me the “dubbing movie” part was also real, Ted could do something like that, and Kim-Song Il -referance. It was weird seeing Ted on double date after three dates though.

One Question: Where was Barney? Watching the movie over and over again?

There were some very funny moments. The baggage thing is a great idea.

But this movie thing was plain crazy. This episode was between heaven and hell, mosby hell though.

Yup. Unfortunately I agree with Bill and Zidge Dog. When they started down the road for the joke about Marshall falling over in his chair, I was like, “oh, no. Please, no. The show is not that bad. There must be a twist-” and then he fell over (palm to forehead!). I also couldn’t believe that Stella wouldn’t have apologized to Ted, at the VERY least, knowing what a great guy he is while letting her husband trash him like that. I try to be optimistic about the show, but this episode was just sad.

That was a terrible episode. The worst of all 5 seasons. I love HIMYM; every other episode I’ve found funny but this one stunk. The script was cheesy and the delivery was poor. Its only saving grace was Alyson Hannigan looking hot but she wasn’t in it nearly enough. Is it me or is she getting better looking the older she gets?

Maybe I shouldn’t complain if this is the first one I’ve disliked out of 5 seasons, hey?
