TVGuide has posted their predictions for the emmy results. They seem confident that NPH will take the prize. As far as How I Met Your Mother winning best comedy?

DARK HORSE: CBS has proven itself the king of the traditional sitcom, so if there is an upset, I’d look for Mother to steal the prize.
